Booking Terms
Kindly read through the following booking terms and conditions. For any further clarification, please reach out to us!
Booking Confirmation
Due to the limited number of set-up slots and availability of props and decorations, please note that our set-up services are on a first come first serve basis.
Upon confirmation of full payment, booking will be confirmed immediately. Please reach out to check on date and time availability with us prior to booking.
Standard Set Up Duration for same day Set up and Tear Down
Our standard set up usage duration is 3 hours. Our set up time and tear down time is not inclusive in the usage duration. Please inform us the start time of your event and we will ensure the set up is completed before your event start time.
Any extension in usage duration will incur surcharges as follow:
Day Event: $20 per 30 min
Night Event: $30 per 30 min
Set Up and Tear Down
Duration
Our Set up Duration ranges from 45min-1hour. Kindly include this duration into your event time planning so that there is sufficient time for the decoration to be set up. Our tear down time range around 30min.
Surcharges
A surcharge of $30 applies for set-ups in Marina Bay Sands (Hotel/Shoppes), Sentosa and Jurong Island.
Additional surcharge of $50 applies for event venues on 2nd floor and above, without any lift-access (i.e., Second Storey in a Shophouse, Landed Property, Condo Function Room etc).
A surcharge of 20% on top of total booking fee applies for set up/tear down on Public Holidays and eve of Public Holidays and Special Occasions like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
A surcharge of $30 applies for set up before 10am and tear down after 11.00pm.
Relocation of set up
A one time fee of $50-$100 is chargeable for relocating the set up within the building premise after its been assembled at the designated area. For relocating the set up after it has been assembled to a different address, $100-$150 relocating fee is chargeable.
Permits/
Licenses
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure all relevant and necessary permits and licenses are obtained from the respective agencies/operators for set up at the set up location (both indoors and outdoors). Any fees/fines/equipment recovery costs incurred due to non approval of location usage will be fully borne by the customer.
Set Up Area
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that there is sufficient area for the selected set up and that a powerpoint or power outlet is available within 5m of the set up area (for fairy lights backdrop set up). Kindly also ensure the set up area is cleared of any furniture or items as manpower to shift items is not included and will be chargeable if required.
Last Minute Bookings
Surcharge of 20% on top of the total charge will be applicable for bookings made within 3 days of event date.
Changes to Event Date
Changes to event date and time will be subjected to availability of new requested date and time and will follow our refund and cancellation policy as follow.
Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation/ Date Change made 90 days or more before event date : 100% refund
Cancellation/ Date Change made 7-89 days before event date : 50% refund
Cancellation / Date Change made 4-6 days before event date: 25% refund
Cancellation / Date Change made within 3 days to event date: No refund
No notice given on cancellation or no show on event date : No refund
Security Deposit
A $120 security deposit fee is to be paid via bank transfer or paynow upon booking.
Any late payment will be treated as per cancellation policy terms.
Should there be any damaged or misplaced props and/or decorations, the security deposit will be deducted according to the retail value of the items. Should the replacement value exceed the security deposit value, additional cost charges will be applicable. For fabrics such as table cloth/ chair linens / tulle sash/ drapes, a cleaning fee of $10-$50 will be imposed if they are dirtied/ stained.
After the event tear down and the rental props and decorations are deemed to be in satisfactory condition by us, the security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days.
Clause for Liability
You shall assume all responsibility and liability caused by any injury or damages caused to any person and property sustained from any item leased to them from Beautiful Moments by Lovlys SG. You further agree to indemnify Beautiful Moments by Lovlys SG in any legal action arising out of any injury or damage allegedly caused by any item leased by you, including but not limited to the cost of any attorney's fees and court costs associated with any litigation in defence of any said litigation.
Revision of Booking Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Booking Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or our services following the posting of any changes to these Booking Terms constitutes as acceptance of those changes.
